A.Monday through
Friday, 8:00 to 5:00. Accommodations can be arranged
for after hour pickups or deliveries.
Q. What are your
hours of operation for redeeming vehicles?
A. Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 to 4:00
NO REDEMPTIONS ALLOWED ON THURSDAYS.
Q. What is
necessary for me to redeem my vehicle?
A. Only the owner
or person designated on the company's release form may redeem the vehicle.
He or she must have some form of photo ID (i.e. drivers license, work ID
card, etc.). We strongly recommend that you contact our office prior to traveling
to the auction to verify that your release has been processed by your lien
holder.
Q. When is your
auction held?
A. Every
Thursday afternoon beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Q. Is your
auction open to the public?
A. No, we are
currently a "dealers" only auction.
Q. Do you hold a
salvage auction?
A.Yes. Released
salvage units are auctioned once a month.
Q. Do you offer
Transportation of vehicles?
A. Yes, we can arrange transportation for your bought or sold vehicles.
Q. What must I
do to register as a Dealer with your auction?
A. Print out and submit our Registration Form,
and meet the designated requirements listed.
